What types of photography services do you offer?

I offer a range of services!

Wedding, Boudoir, Family, Maternity, Couples/Engagement, Events, Children, Models, Creative sessions and everything else in between!

How do I book a photography session with you?

Booking a session is easy! Message me on Facebook or send me an email!

Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?

Absolutely! Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, my studio, or a venue of your choice, I am open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you.

How long does a typical photo session last?

Depending on the session type, sessions can range from 15 minutes to a couple hours.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Trust me, I can't wait for you to see them either! My editing process typically takes 5-15 business days depending on the volume of images, the complexity of editing required, and honestly just my life at the time! You will receive your gallery in an email, feel free to download your photos and do with them what you want! I love to see prints you hang in your home or anything you get made with your photos.

What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?

If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I am flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

Retainer Fees, Booking, & Communication

A non-refundable retainer is due when booking any session. The session's date and time is not officially booked until this has been paid. The retainer is non-refundable for all circumstances. If you need to reschedule/cancel your session, your retainer will be applied toward a future session within 6 months. If longer than 6 months, a new retainer will need to be paid. No show clients without any communication will forfeit their retainer all together. If wanting to reschedule later, a new retainer must be paid. You are more than welcome to message me/email me anytime day or night - that does not mean I will answer immediately. I have a full-time job and a home to care for; I am not always by my phone. I am human, please be patient with me as I will for you.

Outdoor Sessions

Outdoor sessions will be rescheduled (at photographer's descretion) if weather is stopping the session from taking place.

Payments

A non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due the day before the session. (A week before for weddings and events.) If remaning balance is not paid, the session will need to be rescheduled. Photos will not be delivered until balance is paid in full.

Arriving Late/No Shows

Arriving late to your session goes into your session time. For example, if your 45-minute session is scheduled for 5pm and you show up at 5:10, your session will still end at 5:45. No show clients without any communication will forfeit their retainer all together. If wanting to reschedule later, a new retainer must be paid. If arriving late or no showing 3+ times, I have the right to turn services away.

Turnaround Time & Gallery Delivery

My standard turnaround time is 5-15 business days for sessions, 4-6 weeks for weddings and events. You will receive a sneak peek on Facebook within 24-48 hours after your session. Please do not save these photos and/or print them. Your full gallery will be delivered to the email you provide within the turnaround time frame. You may download these and use them as you like - within copyright limits. Online galleries will be removed 30 days after being sent. Please download your images in a timely manner.

Copyright & RAW Files

I will not release RAW files, please do not ask. Final edited images are the property of Samantha Reynolds. You are not permitted to alter the final images in any way - this includes filters, cropping, retouching, etc. Do not claim edited images as your own. You don't have to tag me in your social media posts of the photos, but it is always appreciated.

Safety & Guidelines - Studio Space

I reserve the right to end a session due to anything that I feel is unsafe to me or my studio space. Refunds will not be made in this instance. Any purposeful damage to props, sets, etc. from the client and/or children, I will end the session, no refund will be made, and you will be permitted to pay for said damaged items. Children are to be supervised AT ALL TIMES.
